GTM executives roles are intense, high-stakes, often isolating, and they need a place to think clearly, speak honestly, and solve decisively.

Momentum is that place.

It's where high-performing revenue leaders work through their most important growth challenges and expand their abilities to lead their organizations through change.

The program combines a curated peer group experience, 1:1 executive coaching, and a proprietary framework for solving business bottlenecks in real time.

Built for the CRO carrying the pressure of the pipeline, the board, and the company’s future—all at the same time.

The Format

  • Live, in-person sessions with your cohort—part Harvard case, part working session. You bring a real business challenge; you leave with a clear execution plan. Members present pressing, in-flight decisions shaped through their monthly 1:1 diagnostics. Peers challenge assumptions, share best practices, and help refine both the strategy and path to execution.
You leave not only with a stronger plan for your own business, but insights you can immediately apply from others’ cases.

  • Monthly 1:1 sessions focus on three things: diagnosing your most urgent growth bottleneck using Momentum’s Adaptive Growth Model, ensuring execution plans stay on track (both in delivery and organizational adoption), and strengthening how you operate across your ELT and board. Instead of staying stuck in quarterly targets, deal execution, and pipeline management, you step back to define what’s next and get ahead of it—shifting from constant defense to playing offense.

  • By combining quantitative signals, qualitative insight, and AI-driven benchmarking the Adaptive Growth Model surfaces up risks you may not yet see. Members can quickly identify their most critical growth constraint—and act on it with precision.

Path to Membership

  • Membership is invitation-only. To be considered you must be a CRO at a high-growth AI or SaaS company. All members are rigorously interviewed to ensure mutual fit and to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our peer groups. Our members must be:

    1. Perpetual Student. We look for leaders who are deeply curious, generous in how they contribute to their peers, committed to raising the standard of their peer group, and relentless in their pursuit of growth.

    2. Embrace Innovation. Not afraid to challenge your own thinking and decisions, lean into growing through change and integrating AI into the fabric of your revenue architecture.

    3. Relentless Drive to Win. Expects excellence from themselves, their teams and their peers and embodies the competitive drive to win.

  • After you apply, there is a multi-step interview process:

    1. First interview. You’ll have a call with the Managing Director of the program to assess if you and your company are a fit.

    2. Initial exercise. You’ll complete our Balcony Exercise, a part of our proprietary framework for insight and analysis.

    3. Second interview. You’ll have a call with our Founder and Managing Director to review your initial exercise.

    4. Program offer. You’ll receive an offer, followed by a program contract and confidentiality agreement.

Admission invitations are issued on a rolling basis, based on group availability.
