Mo Mullen is the Founder and CEO of Momentum Leadership, an invite-only executive program for high-performing CROs, designed to accelerate learning and develop adaptive leaders.
An executive coach and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience working alongside CEOs, CROs, and senior executives, Mo is sought after for her deep expertise in designing and facilitating peer learning experiences and for guiding CROs and their teams through transformational change. Through Momentum, she has partnered with companies including OneTrust, Salesloft, Udemy, Pendo, Weights & Biases, and Gnosis Freight on leadership development, executive team alignment, and strategic growth.
Mo is a former Fortune 500 executive, a consultant and facilitator at Cambridge Leadership Associates — the Harvard-founded firm pioneering Adaptive Leadership — and previously served as Managing Director at 10X CEO, an exclusive program for high-growth, venture-backed software CEOs.

Nikki Perry, Managing Director
Nikki is a veteran CRO turned executive coach with more than 13 years of experience helping companies grow and scale. She has led high-performing revenue organizations from early-stage startups through late-stage companies, scaling teams from $1M to $200M in revenue and contributing to three successful exits.
Known for her sharp problem-solving skills and thoughtful systems and organizational design, Nikki specializes in change management, talent development, and building revenue cultures that perform at the highest level. Her passion lies in helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential and execute with clarity and confidence.
