She has over 20 years of experience working alongside CEOs and key executives, most recently as the Managing Director at 10X CEO, an exclusive program for high-growth, venture-backed software CEOs. She is an experienced founder, former executive at a Fortune 500 company, and consultant and facilitator at the Harvard-founded firm, Cambridge Leadership Associates. 

Mo is a Tennessee native and long-time Brooklyn local. In both her career and life, she always comes back to what she knows and loves: summoning the best of individuals for the good of the whole.

Nikki Perry, Managing Director

Nikki is a veteran CRO turned executive coach with more than 13 years of experience helping companies grow and scale. She has led high-performing revenue organizations from early-stage startups through late-stage companies, scaling teams from $1M to $200M in revenue and contributing to three successful exits.

Known for her sharp problem-solving skills and thoughtful systems and organizational design, Nikki specializes in change management, talent development, and building revenue cultures that perform at the highest level. Her passion lies in helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential and execute with clarity and confidence.
