Carolyn Moore

Carolyn Moore is an executive coach and people strategy consultant. Carolyn runs the Momentum People program. She is a former Chief People Officer with over 25 years of experience leading teams and acting as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executives. Carolyn has held leadership positions at such companies as Samsung, Apple and Mercedes Benz as well as several late-stage, VC-backed technology and medical device companies. Recently, she led the People function at Auth0 where she enabled the doubling of headcount over the course of 18 months and managed diligence and integration efforts as part of their $6.5 billion acquisition by Okta.

Carolyn is a native San Franciscan, avid traveler and is currently getting her sommelier certification. She enjoys bringing out the best in people and watching them achieve amazing things.
